Beechwood is located a short distance from the town centre and close to the promenade.

On reaching Penzance by road, follow the route towards the town centre from the A30 to the Train/Bus station and then, keeping to the left, follow Wharf Road around the Harbour. Then follow the Promenade until reaching a mini-roundabout. Take the right exit into Alexandra Road and then the third turning right into Alexandra Place.

Beechwood is a few yards along on the right-hand side.

If arriving by train or bus, a 15 minute walk will bring you to us or there are taxis available from the station.
