To locate Carnson House
By ROAD approaching from the East ... from Bodmin, Truro, Helston, Falmouth, St Ives
	Approach Penzance on the A30 and, on reaching the roundabout (traffic circle) at the end of the dual carriageway where a 'Tesco' filling station is located on the right-hand side of the road, take the first exit signed to 'Town Centre'. On entering the town area about 600 yards later, the railway station building is seen on the left-hand side of the road followed by a set of traffic lights. Carnson House is 25 yards before the traffic lights on the right-hand side of the road. Car parking is available closeby.
By ROAD approaching from the West ... from Lands End, St Just, Minack Theatre
	Nearing the town on the A30, follow the 'by-pass' road around the town to the 'Tesco' roundabout (traffic circle) at the eastern side of the town. Go all round the roundabout and take the last exit signed to 'Town Centre'. Then follow directions as above. (This route avoids having to drive through the town centre).
By TRAIN or COACH/BUS
	On leaving the train station or the coach/bus station, turn to the right and walk up the short road alongside the train station. At the top of this slight rise, cross the street - using the light-controlled crossing if you wish - when the house will be seen facing towards the train station 25 yards along the main road looking to the right. This is only a two minute walk and a taxi is not normally needed - nevertheless, taxis are available in the station yard if required.
