BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- In the event of cancellation we will make every effort to re-let your booking.
- If the accommodation remains unoccupied, we are entitled to retain your deposit and ask for further payment to compensate us for our loss.
- In the event of curtailment our policy is to charge full payment minus 30% for meals.
- If the booking was made with a credit/charge card, your account will be debited the full cancellation charge. This amount will be refunded if the booking is re-let.
- For your protection we strongly advise you take out suitable Travel Insurance.
