Membership Application Form

To apply for membership of Penzance Chamber of Commerce, please complete both the Membership Application Form and Bankers Order Form, which may be obtained by following the links below.

On completion, both forms should be sent to the Secretary at:-

On acceptance of the application, applicants will receive a Membership pack containing the Chamber of Commerce Rules, a Members Directory and a list of current Chamber Officers and Committee members.
