Deposit:
A deposit equal to the first night's charge is required to confirm a booking
Cancellation:
A full refund of any deposit taken will be given if the cancellation is made six weeks prior to arrival. Thereafter, we will endeavour to fill any cancelled rooms via our sign outside the house, the local Tourist Board and their website. If we are not able to fill the room, we reserve the right to charge for the room less 20%, for each day it is empty.
