Hi to everyone in Penzance
My wife & I love Penzance so much that we have just sold our lovely
3 storey Victorian house in the centre of Bristol to move to Penzance.
Our offer on an older 'town house'haas been accepted and we are
really looking forward to being there in amongst you all and, of
course, your beautiful town and wonderful beaches.
See you and hope to befriend you soon.

Hi, I'm trying to find out who owns the Lescudjack
Hill Fort at the top of Castle street in Pz. A site of national
importance is totally overlooked. Help in finding who owns the land
would help my project.
Bright Blessings

If I manage to get my A into G and get on a
plane this summer to visit family and friends in Penzance this summer
I will want a car rental for at least 2 weeks if the price is reasonable.
If you run a local car hire firm would you please contact me to
let me know your rates. I'm too lazy to spend time on the phone
to sort it out.
Look forward to hearing from you. Can't wait to see the Bay again.
All the best.

I used to live in Penzance as a child, in Parc
Wartha Cresent. I left when I was eleven and miss the place terribly.
I went to St Marys girls school, I would love to hear from anyone
who remembers me especially from my old friend Hilda (whom I also
missed very much).
Hilda also lived in Parc Wartha opposite my house.
Please anyone from that area, e-mail me.
Thank you.

Hello,
I visited several times Penzance about 20 years ago (I used to be
a group leader for young French students for the summer vacations)
and I will be back in Cornwall with my husband and children next
July. I guess things have changed... but I'm sure it is still as
beautiful !

Hi, I've always wanted to visit what sounds
like a lovely unspoilt part of England. So this question might help
me get there. I have a sister Josephine (nee Speakman)originally
from Huyton Lancashire who I have not had contact with for over
30years, although I've tried! If you know of her you might pass
on my email address to her. Thank you in anticipation.

Greetings Penzance! I am a decendant of the
'Bawden' clan. My Great-Aunt, Florence May Bawden, married Joseph
H. Willey and immigrated to the US-many many years ago, follwed
by her younger brother, William Charles Bawden-my grandfather. Their
elder brother Theodore remained in the area to start his family
.
I am anxiously anticipating the day I can visit your lovely city
and walk the streets of my ancestors. I vivedly remember my grandfather
talking about the view from his bedroom window of St. Micheals Mount.
To gaze upon the beauty that he grew up with as a youngster is one
of my goals.
Until that day, God Bless all who live there.

Hello,
I just found your site and was thrilled.
I plan a visit to Penzance in the near future.
I am hoping to find relatives somewhere in the area.
My grandfather, John Tremethick was born there. The address I have
from his passport is 8 Park Road, Newlyn, Penzance, Cornwall, england.
His DOB was Dec. 3, 1889.
Any info would be deeply appreciated.
