value added products to both the UK and European markets.
In addition the company

supporting the fish catching sector diversifying away from stocks

adds value to Cornwall's catch is good news for the fishing industry."

which promote the less well-known species of fish to UK markets

that meet the exacting standards that are required throughout
the food industry in the 21st century".

this is a vital step for the continuing promotion of the region
and the species it has to offer and will allow us to build on
an established business with quality products being of paramount
importance".

with which we can now approach both our existing and new customer
