Cornwall Council have released, for public consultation, proposals for major redevelopments in Penzance & Newlyn over the coming 10-20 years. These include redevelopment of the Harbour & Station areas, the creation of a Marina and waterfront improvements, pedestrian and traffic facilities, enhanced public use areas elsewhere in the town - all designed to increase the attraction of Penzance and Newlyn to residents and visitors alike.
