Ferry services by sea connect Penzance with the Isles of Scilly which are located in the Atlantic Ocean some 28 miles off Land's End Services are operated by Isles of Scilly Steamship Co. who provide a passenger ferry service late-March and the end of October. Both day excursions and period fare services are available. Journeys can be combined optionally by air/sea in conjunction with Isles of Scilly SkyBus services. The ferry Scillonian III sails daily Monday-Saturday between late-March and September and four days per week during October. There is also a sea freight service operated all year round several times per week. There are no services on Sundays. |
